Gary's Auto Sales – Limited Warranty for Used Vehicles. This warranty provides protection for key mechanical and electrical components of your vehicle, as detailed below.
Engine
Cylinder block, cylinder heads and internal components; crankshaft and camshaft bearings; connecting rods and pistons; valve train; timing gears, chain or belt, and cover; oil pump; intake and exhaust manifolds; flywheel; water pump; harmonic balancer; valve covers; oil pan; engine mounts; turbocharger or supercharger housings.
Fuel Delivery System
Fuel pump, EFI sensors and control units, fuel pressure regulators, fuel sending unit, and diesel injection pump.
Transmission / Transaxle / Transfer Case
Transmission case and internal components; input/output shafts; clutches; bands; governor; thrust bearings; torque converter; modulator; mounts; solenoid pack; electronic control unit; oil pan.
Front-Wheel Drive
Final drive housing and internal components; axle shafts and bearings; CV joints; differential and housing.
Rear-Wheel Drive
Axle shafts and bearings; drive axle housing and internal components; side and pinion gears; limited-slip components; propeller shafts; universal joints; center support bearings; yokes.
Brake System
Master cylinder, brake booster, wheel cylinders, and disc brake calipers.
Electrical System
Starter motor and solenoid, alternator or generator, voltage regulator, wiper motors, ignition switch and lock cylinder, ignition control module, distributor, and emergency flasher switch.
Air Conditioning (Factory-Installed)
Compressor, clutch and bearing, condenser, evaporator, accumulator, receiver-drier, system switches, and programmer.
Coverage applies only to vehicles 10 model years old or newer with odometer readings between 0 and 100,000 miles at the time of purchase.
This warranty does not cover:
- Routine maintenance and wear items (oil changes, filters, wiper blades, brake pads, belts, tires, bulbs)
- Damage from accidents, misuse, neglect, poor maintenance, unauthorized repairs, or modifications
- Towing, rental, lodging, or alternate transportation costs
- Vehicles used commercially, for ride-sharing, delivery, racing, or off-road purposes
- Indirect or consequential damages from failure of a covered part
- Damage from natural disasters, fire, theft, or vandalism
This warranty is valid for 20 months from the purchase date or 20,000 miles, whichever occurs first. Coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
To initiate a claim, contact Gary's Auto Sales directly. The vehicle must be inspected at an authorized Gary's Auto Sales service center, and repairs must be performed by certified technicians. Unauthorized repairs or modifications void the warranty.
Gary's Auto Sales collaborates with official dealers and authorized repair facilities to service out-of-state customers. If a covered component fails within 20 months or 20,000 miles, Gary's Auto Sales pays repair costs only when performed by official manufacturer dealers.
Eligible networks include: GM (Cadillac, Chevrolet, Buick, GMC), Stellantis (Dodge, RAM, Chrysler, Jeep, Fiat), Ford/Lincoln, Toyota/Lexus, Honda/Acura, Nissan/Infiniti, Hyundai/Kia/Genesis, Volkswagen/Audi/Porsche/Bentley/Lamborghini, BMW/MINI/Rolls-Royce, Mercedes-Benz, Jaguar/Land Rover, Volvo, Subaru, Mazda.
Gary's Auto Sales's responsibility is limited solely to repair or replacement of defective covered parts. Gary's Auto Sales is not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, including loss of vehicle use.
The purchaser is granted a 20-day trial period from the date of purchase or delivery. The vehicle may be returned within this period if it remains in the same condition. Excessive mileage or damage may result in deductions. All return requests must be initiated within the 20-day period by contacting Gary's Auto Sales customer service.
This Limited Warranty is provided alongside rights established under applicable consumer protection laws. By signing the purchase agreement, the purchaser confirms they have reviewed and accepted these warranty terms.
